Claudia Scatigno is a Doctor Europaeus in Environmental Analytical Chemistry and Earth Sciences (Jointed International Doctorate, La Sapienza and Basque Country University).

She achieved an additional Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2021 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Her present postdoctoral studies span from inelastic vibrational spectroscopy of neutrons, X-Ray Fluorescence, Raman, and FTIR spectroscopies devoted to the materials’ characterization, to statistical analysis of vibrational spectra by Machine and Deep Learning techniques, with applicability in Cultural Heritage and Food Science.

She has published more than 30 papers in reputed journals and she is the guest editor of Crystals.
